Introduction
You are invited to join BCAA Picnic and Holi Celebration to be held on March 18th, 2023 at Indian School Park & Tennis Center, 4289 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 from 9 AM onwards.
We will have lots of fun sports, games for people of all ages, and Holi celebration along with delicious food,and music!
BCAA will sponsor abir/colors for Holi celebration. Beer will be available at the venue for 21+ years old attendees. Participants are requested not to bring their own abir/colors and any alcoholic beverages at the venue.
A note of caution: Parents of younger kids, please be extra careful.
BCAA won’t be responsible in any way for any injury or unfortunate incident while participating in this event. Everybody’s safety is the individual’s responsibility and in the case of minors, it will be the parent’s responsibility.

Donations
For annual members: Picnic is free of any cost.
For non-members: $25/person, kids under 5 years old go free. Use bcaaaz.finance@gmail.com email id to ZELLE the money in advance or use https://www.azbengal.org/donation (find ‘Other’ category) to send the requested donation with your debit or credit card.
